She's adorable. Her toolbox sometimes falls out of her little hand, but it's alright

Figure is great, box did come a little damaged, but I don’t mind. Figure is also bigger than expected. Highly recommend! I love Emma.

Everything is fine, but the box arrived damaged

Figure looks good but packaging completely destroyed

Hi there, we are really sorry about it, and will definitely improve it in future!

The box came damaged but the product was in perfect condition, the figurine was definitely bigger than expected but it's an amazing product. The box also didn't have any tape to hold down the flaps, which isn't an issue for me as I don't really mind the box/packaging not being perfect. When changing the face it does get stuck sometimes but you can just move it with your finger, definitely a product worth the money if you don't mind the box being slightly damaged and the face getting stuck occasionally.

bigger than expected, very nice.

Very cute, but sometimes you have to hit them on the head a few times to get the face to change

Figures are great quality, good to have if you’re an idv fan, just be aware that sometimes the faces gets stuck and you have to manually move them
