Figure is great, box did come a little damaged, but I don’t mind. Figure is also bigger than expected. Highly recommend! I love Emma.

Everything is fine, but the box arrived damaged

The box came damaged but the product was in perfect condition, the figurine was definitely bigger than expected but it's an amazing product. The box also didn't have any tape to hold down the flaps, which isn't an issue for me as I don't really mind the box/packaging not being perfect. When changing the face it does get stuck sometimes but you can just move it with your finger, definitely a product worth the money if you don't mind the box being slightly damaged and the face getting stuck occasionally.
