Shipping Info

We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. 

Pre-Order Items

Please check the description page of each product to find the planned shipping time. Once it's shipped out, the delivery takes 1 to 8 weeks.

Other Regular Items

Normally, we arrange the shipping immediately in working days, and delivery takes 1 to 4 weeks, which varies according to your region. 

Shipping Fee

It will be calculated when you check out.

Tracking

You will receive mail notice with tracking number only after the product is sent out, and for all packages, you can track it at 17track.net. Please note that sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to update the status of the shipment.

If your order has multiple items, we may split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.

We recommend checking the tracking for updates at 17track.net

If updates appear in Chinese, please use a translator to stay informed. It’s normal for there to be days with no updates during transit.

🛬Once the package arrives in your country, please check the tracking daily. Depending on your location, you may need to contact your local post office to assist with:

• Customs clearance or
• Pick up / delivery or
• If delivery fails or
• If it’s been in transit more than 7 days after arriving in your country

This info will be shown on the tracking at 17track.net

⚠️If you don’t contact the post office in time, the package may be returned or destroyed. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up on their package.

❗If a package is returned and needs to be resent, an additional shipping fee may apply.

Local Post Office Contact

Please contact the post office of your country for follow up once the item arrives to your country, especially if the tracking shows an anomaly, delivery takes too long, or if it says the item is at a nearby pick up point, or if the item is at the customs.
